Sourav is the founder and CEO of Netscribes and has been spearheading its strategy, business development and innovation activities since inception. Through his leadership, Netscribes has grown from a five-person startup to a global data and insights corporation with over 1200+ employees. Before starting his entrepreneurial journey, Sourav was the Finance Editor of The Economic Times, the world's third largest business and financial daily, and part of India's largest media house, Bennett, Coleman & Co. Sourav holds a postgraduate degree in English Literature specializing in medieval European classics, and is a National Educational Trust qualified university lecturer in English literature. A gourmand at heart and a cook, you will often hear him use food analogies in business discussions. When he is not working, he is either exploring new startups as an angel investor or cooking up an experimental recipe.

Prior to Netscribes, Subrat held a similar role at IBM, where he orchestrated multimillion-dollar business development and growth, competitive market expansion, and cost-effective business operations management with a highly effective Go-To-Market strategy. Yuvraj takes care of the finance, legal, accounting, and treasury operations including all statutory compliances related to GST and Income Tax. He comes with over a decade of experience in managing various audits, company law and taxation matters, annual budgets, financial planning, and forecasting. He is a certified CA from The Institute of Chartered Accountants of India and a CS Inter from the Institute of Company Secretaries of India. He also holds a bachelor’s degree in Commerce with a focus on Accounts and Finance from Mumbai University.

Lalatendu spearheads solutioning across business practices at Netscribes. Formerly, he was responsible for the innovation and intellectual property research vertical. Recognized as a go-to IP strategist, he supports corporate innovation agendas helping firms understand the value emerging technologies bring to their business models. He has over 12 years of experience, and his areas of expertise include technology and market intelligence, patent research, social media analytics, and data analytics and automation. Lalatendu holds a double Master's degree in Physics (Photonics) from SSSIHL and Engineering (Optoelectronics and Optical Communications) from IIT Delhi.

His extensive expertise includes customized market research, business development, process optimization, people management, automation, and AI, all tailored to enhance client portfolios. In addition to heading marketing initiatives, Gaurav actively supports pre-sales and solutioning for business acquisition, as well as service expansion through upselling and cross-selling. He is also committed to building new services and solutions across various industry verticals, ensuring Netscribes stays ahead in a competitive landscape. Also known as Bala, he has over 15 years of experience in aiding clients across multiple ad-hoc and retainer projects around technology research and product solutions, innovation, commercialization and consumer research projects. Bala’s subject matter and vertical expertise spans technology, telecom, semiconductors, oil and gas, materials, pharma, fine chemicals, nutraceuticals, biopharma, biotech and biomed verticals, and has worked with most of the Global Top ten entities in these segments. His core practice areas are around new technology and product development initiatives across R&D, Strategy, Marketing & Sales and Operations departments of client organizations. Before joining Netscribes, Siddharth worked in similar roles at KPMG, Global Data and Future Bridge. He holds a bachelor's degree in Statistics from Osmania University and a MBA from IMT, Hyderabad. Deepak heads the IT infrastructure team at Netscribes. He comes with fifteen years of experience and oversees the delivery of various technical engagements across departments. He is also responsible for the implementation of information security and cloud management in the firm. In his previous role at Netscribes, Deepak led the IT software engineering practice.
