Hey guys! In this video I talk about my 80 pound weight loss after giving birth. I had been off and on keto for the first year postpartum, but I didn't stick to it like I should've. Until three and half months ago i decided to change my life. I realized it had to be a lifestyle change, and it begins with you being healthy. For the past three and a half months i have been eating strict keto at 75% Fat, 25% Protein, and 5% carbs.
