Day one:
For dinner that is not included in this video was the other 1/2 of my 6oz of chicken, with my 1/2 cup of rice and I sauteed 1 zucchini, 1 yellow squash, 1/2 onion, 1 container of mushrooms, salt, pepper, garlic powder, and some olive oil. I then put it all together and it was GREAT!
