Ozempic Weight Loss Results After 5 Months

I stopped taking Ozempic after five months. My Ozempic weight loss results after just five months surpassed my expectations. I lost 28 pounds and SIX inches off my waist!

But I do have regrets taking Ozempic off label for weight loss. Had I known what I know now, I would have asked my doctor about Wegovy or Mounjaro for weight loss instead of the semaglutide Ozempic.

To all my haters, there are many medications that are taken off-label for various reasons. And yes...I tried losing weight so many other ways prior to deciding to opt for weekly injections in my stomach.

I tried Beachbody and MLMs. I tried a healthy diet and exercise. I tried keto. I tried caloric deficit and intermittent fasting.

The truth is...sometimes we need a little extra help to achieve our weight loss and fitness goals.
