In this video, we’re going to talk about weight loss snacks. If you have a slow metabolism, a lot of the foods that you’re told are healthy weight loss snacks are actually bad.
Best healthy snacks:
• Peanut butter (do not buy peanut butter with added sugar)
• Hummus
• Cheese
Worst snacks for weight loss:
• Fruit
• Protein bars
• Yogurt
You don’t want to put peanut butter or hummus on crackers or apples. Instead, try putting it on celery or carrots if you’re trying to lose weight.
If you have bloating from any food, including healthy foods, you may need to omit those foods because bloating with stop weight loss.
